Askîy Art Culture (AAC)
Askîy Art Culture (AAC) is an arts service company that has been serving the cultural sector since 2022.
Askîy, meaning earth or land in Cree. “If you have askîy, you have everything. If you have the askîy you will always be looked after,” is what the grandmother of Brenda Holder spoke of during her time.
Art and culture
Art inspires and connects. It has the ability to move you. It evokes emotions and touches your heart. Art can make you think differently and encourage creativity.
Art can enrich anyone’s life. That is why AAC is committed to making art and culture accessible to everyone.
Our mission is to advance the careers of artists, creatives, and cultural workers from diverse lived experiences, and support the organizations that engage them, through entrepreneurial and business skills development and innovative research.
