Description of Design: This artwork is primarily inspired by the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes murals, specifically drawing from the imagery of caves 112 and 25 during the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The original images have been innovatively reimagined to align more with contemporary aesthetic preferences while preserving the unique beauty intrinsic to the East. The selection of imagery primarily focuses on the figures of worshippers and Buddha, conveying the worshippers’ prayers to attain spiritual transcendence from Buddha. Simultaneously, the artwork embodies auspicious and favorable symbolism, symbolizing wishes for good fortune and smoothness in all endeavors.
