Yoga for kids is a fantastic calming activity that can help children (and adults) calm down, and learn to self-regulate–in addition to many other mental-emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits. The practice of yoga can also help children develop mindfulness, relieve stress and anxiety, increase confidence and awareness, and build strength and flexibility.
